Early in my life, I realized that my conduct and thoughts displeased God. Through the Bible and counsel of my mother I came to understand that Jesus died for my sin. By faith I trusted in Christ’s sacrifice as payment for my sin and He made me a new person. Pleasing God has become my desire and purpose for life. In all of life’s demands and trials, He is my resource who cares and guides me (Proverbs 3:5-6). I am learning to wait on Him for all things. It is my desire to leave a legacy of what He has taught me in life to those who desire to follow in the path of faith (Psalm 71:17-18).
