Saints are holy ones – those who have been set apart. Few would feel comfortable claiming that title. But the Bible is clear that all those who have turned from their sin and turned to Jesus are saints. Their sins have been paid for on the cross and Jesus’ righteousness has been credited to their account. In Paul’s first letter to the Thessalonian believers, he charges them to live up to their calling. He urges them (and all believers) to be everyday saints.
